What are you paying me to do beside all that? I will be hiring profession photography and Videography. MLS data entry & updates, preparing and monitoring all forms of advertising and promotion of your home, managing access to the property, working with prospective buyers and other agents. I have an excellent team who will also be working with you to coordinate all action items associated with the escrow/title process, and assuring that my client’s interests are protected. We will be preparing disclosures for you that are imperative to protecting you both as a buyer or a seller.
