The truth is anyone can put a house up for sale.  But with the complexity and legal ramifications involved in real estate transactions today, few have the training, skills, expertise, and experience needed.  You need a licensed profession who can market effectively,  motivate buyers,  negotiate the sale, protect your interests throughout managing the overall transaction process.  From listing to closing,  it's my job to recognize and avoid risks, assure that all current legal & contractual requirements are being met while ensuring the best possible result for you. 

What are you paying me to do beside all that?  I will be hiring profession photography and Videography.  MLS data entry & updates,  preparing and monitoring all forms of advertising and promotion of your home, managing access to the property,  working with prospective buyers and other agents. I have an excellent team who will also be working with you to coordinate all action items associated with the escrow/title process, and assuring that my client’s interests are protected.  We will be preparing disclosures for you that are imperative to protecting you both as a buyer or a seller.
